Scottish Water is a public body, responsible for water supplies and waste water across Scotland; a responsibility requiring thousands of staff in a wide range of disciplines. With staff working at many geographically diverse locations, Scottish Water management needed to provide continuous on-site training and assessment for their staff to ensure the efficient operation of all sites, and to comply with new statutory regulations.
In response to these requirements in 2008, Scottish Water brought in eCom Scotland to implement an enterprise-wide skills management system, including full eAssessment capability using the powerful eNetAssess™ assessment engine. Through further tendering in 2011 eCom also integrated eNetLearn™ and eNet360™ to create a fully rounded and business critical system.
We continue to work with them on incremental improvements that support their business requirements., with user numbers currently 3500+.
Scottish Water received many accolades in 2012 such as Work Place of the Year. This award was for a broad range of activities but did include training and development of which encompasses the eNetEnterprise™ platform solution.
